Who can attend: Anyone who lives, works, intends to work, or serves one of the three qualifying rural regions: Outer Cape and Islands, Berkshire County, and Franklin County. This includes: Community Health Workers, care managers, navigators, social workers, behavioral health providers, public health practitioners, nonprofit partners, local officials, and educators, and anyone committed to improving rural health access and outcomes.
